* Additional travel fees will be charged for inspection locations beyond a sixty-mile radius of Longview.
    Please call for specific travel fees.

For plan reviews, please submit the following:

  • One complete hard copy set of construction documents (including specifications and MEP, if provided).
  • A completed Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Project Registration form; or a copy of the Project Registration Confirmation Registration.
  • A completed TDLR Proof of Submittal Form from the design professional.
  • A check made payable to Accessibility Consultants of Texas (see fees above).

 

For Inspections, please submit the following:

  • A completed TDLR Request for Inspection form signed by the building/facility's legal owner or designated agent.
  • A check made payable to Accessibility Consultants of Texas (see inspection fees above.)  Travel fees, if required, must be included in the total amount for inspection.
  • Please note: Projects are required to be inspected within one year of the scheduled completion date indicated on the TDLR Project Registration form.

 

Additional Services:

  • Preliminary review fee: 75% of the plan review fee
  • Plan or Site Assessment: $100 per hour
